Artist's Description
Christmas is a busy time, and it was also like that in early 1900. Sure it was much more romantic with the buggies and trolleys filling the streets. People still tock time to greet each other in passing by. We today have fight to keep the charm of Christmas into our busy lifestyle and commercialized pressures. In this painting I wanted to take my viewers back in time, reminding them that there can still be a way to a relaxed and joyful season. This painting is of a small town in Indiana called Hobart.
